Lutheran Services of the Carolinas
Sunday, August 23, 9:30 am
Pastor Sarah will speak with us about the important work of Lutheran Services of the Carolinas. We support this organization through our Christmas Gifts for Foster Children. Sharing God’s Grace, Serving Through Love. We love, care for, nourish, and support one another.

If you are a visitor to St. John’s this morning, welcome! Please let us know who you are by signing the fellowship book found on each row of chairs. All are welcome and valued, with no exceptions.

Welcome Table Volunteers Needed

Lutheran World Relief Quilters
Monday, August 24, 10 am
We meet in the Mission Building to make quilts for Lutheran World Relief. We are always looking for sewers who can help assemble quilt tops and those who like to tie quilts. All are welcome. No sewing experience needed. Bring a bag lunch.

Worship Assistant Training
Sunday, August 30, 9:30 am
Pastor Sean will lead a worship assistant training session for anyone currently serving or interested in serving as an usher, reader, or communion assistant. Please plan to attend. Wednesday Nights Together (WNT)
September 9, 6 pm
Supper 6 pm – Program 6:30 pm
Program: HELP of Beaufort
All are invited for supper followed by a speaker from HELP of Beaufort. Bring a canned food and come learn about this local organization that we support.

Church Potluck and Forum
Saturday, September 12, 4 pm
All are invited to come and enjoy food and fellowship time. Pastor Sean will leads us in a forum which is part of the call process. It is encouraged for all to attend and be part of the call process.

Gather in Grace
September 21, 10 am
Mission Building
Join us for our inaugural Gather in Grace fellowship time! Enjoy games, crafts, puzzles, or just talking with each other. Refreshments provided! All members and friends are invited!
